The EquiMunch hay net is made of durable, machine-woven mesh and multi-layer, waterproof cordura fabric with high industrial strength. The cordura fabric is very easy to clean and use. The bottom of the basket is additionally reinforced. Professional, weather-resistant seams prevent damage to the basket's structure. The fabric extends halfway down the basket, allowing the horse to eat hay in a natural and healthy position – with his head down.
The set includes a net and a frame made of seamless steel, which is additionally powder-coated twice. The shape of the rim with rounded ends increases safety. Convenient technical handles allow for mounting the frame to a selected surface using a dedicated set of screws or plugs. Assembly is simple, quick, and easy for anyone. Specially selected components guarantee high durability. The entire set is designed to prevent the horse from playing with the set's components, thus preventing damage during use.
The EquiMunch net is attached to the hanger using sewn-in, wide, and long Velcro straps with increased durability. Their number, arrangement, and dimensions have been carefully selected to withstand the movement of hay being pulled through the net. The Velcro straps are also very easy to remove and reattach, making it easy to periodically remove the net, for example, for washing. The basket can be removed without dismantling the frame.
